Right from my first call to getting the tracker set up, everything went smoothly. The cost was reasonable, the installation took place right on my driveway and wrapped up in just an hour. Plus, the subscription process was a breeze. I'm super satisfied and would totally suggest this to others.

"Campervan taken, tracker went missing!"
Our campervan just got stolen. We park it on the street right outside our place. Those thieves were real pros. We had a tyre clamp, a steering wheel lock, and even turned the captain seat to face the back and secured it. Plus, we tied both front door handles with rope, but they broke through all that. The only thing they couldn't locate was the Trackershop tracker, which they definitely knew was there. We managed to find our van. I can't recommend this enough. Totally worth every cent!

Honestly, the customer support was top-notch, with fast, straightforward, and useful replies to a few tech/user inquiries when I first got the item.

The app and web software are easy to navigate. It's user-friendly, and all the features work just like they said they would. I especially appreciate the ability to pause my subscription and start it back up whenever I want.

I’d definitely suggest this and plan to shop here again.

"Delayed installation and lack of tracking info."
The tracker was installed a day later than expected (my van broke down). There was zero info on how to register or anything; just a plastic card with a user guide that didn’t really guide me at all. I attempted to call during their advertised 7 days a week hours, but the phones were off. I also tried the Live Web chat, and even though I was within the stated hours, I just sat there typing away to nothing, with no reply.
